Our 60-Day Risk-Free Trial
We built TissueReset™ for people who have already been disappointed by things that didn't work. So we made this simple: try it every day for 60 days. If it doesn't deliver a meaningful difference in your tension, your tightness, or your mobility, email us and we will refund you in full. No forms. No hoops. No awkward conversations.
Note: Our 60-day risk-free trial applies to orders placed on or after July 31, 2026. Orders placed before July 31, 2026 are subject to a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To start a return, email us at info@wellnessentials.co within 60 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- What didn't work for you
- A brief description of how you used the product
A member of our team will reply within 1 business day and take care of it from there. Please wait to hear from us before sending anything back. We can't process returns we aren't expecting, so unauthorized shipments may be refused or lost.
Return Shipping
For customers in the contiguous United States, we will provide a prepaid return label upon request. There is no cost to you for returning the device.
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, the device must be returned in its original packaging. Returns received without original packaging cannot be processed. Minor signs of use are expected and will not affect your refund. We do not require the device to be in pristine condition, but original packaging is required.
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.
Items We Cannot Refund After 60 Days
Your refund window starts the day your order is delivered. Orders placed on or after July 31, 2026 have a 60-day window. Orders placed before July 31, 2026 have a 30-day window. Once your applicable window closes, we are no longer able to issue refunds.
Damaged Items
If your TissueReset™ device arrives damaged, contact info@wellnessentials.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. This is separate from your 60-day trial and doesn't use it up.
Recovery Patches and Digital Guides
The recovery patches and the Neck Recovery Protocol included with your kit are yours to keep.
